Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Avatrust Consult Limited Limited for your visa processing, admission, medical visa, tourist visa, work visa and your immigration needs. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and satisfaction. However we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your service or request for a refund. Therefore we have created the following refund policy to ensure our customer’s receive fair and transparent treatment regarding their financial transactions with us.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your service with us, you may do so by contacting us. Depending on the service you have availed from us, cancellation fees may apply.

Refund

We provide a refund for services that were not rendered or completed to the customer’s satisfaction. If you have any issues, do well to contact us within 7 days from the date of service delivery. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the date of cancellation or request for refund. Please note that refunds will not be provided for:

  • - Service charges for work that have already been completed on your behalf, including not limited to visa application processing fees and other expenses.

  • - Delays or other issues beyond our control, such as delayed visa processing times due to government agency delays, natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances.

  • - Situations beyond our control that prevents us from providing the services that we have agreed to provide.

  • We reserve the right to withhold any refund if we believe that you have violated any of our policies or engaged in any fraudulent activity.
