Terms and Conditions
Scope of the General Terms and Conditions
The following general terms and conditions (T&C) shall apply to all current and future consulting services between the client and Avatrust Consult Limited limited.
All consulting service contracts and other agreement are only binding if confirmed by both parties and duly signed.
Services Provided
Avatrust Consult Limited Limited provides visa processing services, academic advisory, HR consulting, Edu-finance consulting, immigration consulting, business consulting to clients which may include assistance with completing visa application forms, gathering required documents, obtaining appointments dates and submitting the application to the relevant authorities.
Scope of Service
The services provided by Avatrust are limited to visa processing and do not include any legal services or guarantee the grant of any visa. The firm is not responsible for any delays, rejections or denial of visa applications.
If increased costs are caused by the client’s failure to timely meet its duty to co-operate, client shall reimburse Avatrust for all incremental costs. The time for performance where agreed shall be extended by additional time required for the resumption of performance after elimination of such obstruction. Avatrust is not responsible for delays or lack of performance.
Fees
Avatrust Consult Limited Limited charges a fee for its Academic advisory, HR consulting, Edu-financing, immigration and visa processing services which may vary depending on the type of services we are offering and complexity of the visa application. The fee is non-refundable, even if the visa application is declined or rejected.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents required for the visa application on a timely basis and avatrust be informed of all occurrences and circumstances that are significance to the implementation of the contract. The client must also ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria and comply with the laws and regulations of the country for which they are seeking a visa.
Liability
Avatrust is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the client’s use of its services, including any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Avatrust liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for visa processing services.
Confidentiality
Avatrust will treat all client’s information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with the client’s consent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which the travel firm is based. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or country.
